How it works
Four steps, start to finish
Step 02
Prepare the incorporation documents.
Details and identification for your directors, shareholders and company secretary, your registered address, and the company constitution. If a shareholder is a corporate entity, we'll collect its registration documents up the chain to the individual beneficial owners.
Step 03
We file with ACRA.
We submit the application and handle the paperwork and filings end to end. Approval typically follows within a few working hours; some applications are referred for compliance checks and can take up to 14 days.
Step 04
Your company is registered.
You receive your Certificate of Incorporation and company Business Profile from ACRA, we connect you with a local bank for your corporate account, and your LUCA accounting access is ready from day one.
