A Singapore business address
Every company needs a registered address in Singapore for official correspondence and government filings — our Business Address service can provide this if you don’t have one.
A local resident director
Singapore law requires at least one director who is a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or Employment Pass holder. If you don’t have one, we can act as nominee resident director in selected cases, subject to our due diligence.
A corporate secretary
Every Singapore company must appoint a qualified company secretary to handle statutory filings and compliance — this is included in every incorporation package.
At least one shareholder
Every company needs at least one shareholder, who can be an individual or another company.
