Services / Company Secretary

Your statutory obligations, quietly handled.

Every Singapore company must appoint a company secretary within six months of incorporation. Enston acts as your named corporate secretary — maintaining statutory registers, preparing resolutions, and filing your annual return with ACRA on time.

Why it matters

Missed filings carry real consequences.
